We have been working on computers for the past 15 years and have been based on the Central Coast of NSW for 4 years. We have a great understanding of how computers operate and have a passion for fixing and solving problems.

If you are busy and you need your computer but don't can't find the time to take it to a computer store? We are the people to call when you have suspected viruses, hardware or software failure, network dropping out, internet being down or even just thinking about home networking - Call the expert computer technicians in to lend a helping hand. We are tech-savvy and provide an on-the-spot diagnosis, provide honest advice and get straight to work for you to get your system up and running.

We don't expect you to understand computer slang or be computer literate, that is what we are here for and that's why we explain everything in laymans terms.

Your problem is our problem

Once we receive your call, we will ask a couple of questions to find out what is wrong with your computer. Then we go through a few possibilities of what the problem may be and how we can go about fixing it. After making a booking for us to come out to you, we give you a run down of what is going to happen, how we will try to solve your problem the most cost-efficient way. If the computer requires hardware and/or software, we provide on-the-spot advice on the most cost-effective way to get around the problem. Once your computer is up and running, we will then try and advise you on maintaining you computer ensuring you will be happily going about your daily schedule.
